In 1978, the 64 hectares Calatagan Golf Club, Inc. was built and designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. It is situated in the beautiful headlands of Calatagan, Batangas where guests can oversee the beautiful bay allowing you to enjoy the magnificent vistas. This Par 72 championship course is made perfectly for dramatic shots, the bunkers and slopping greens were planted with Tifton grass and most especially, fairways and greens are specifically designed to make a variety of challenges for the golfers. Moreover, the clubhouse has air-conditioned lockers, dining area and conference room. There are also halfway houses, drink holes, and practice greens. Calatagan Golf Club, Inc. is a private club. Only club members and guests accompanied by a member are allowed. But recently, the club has been opened to the public.
